GENERAL INFORMATION

PIN GAGES
Make quick and accurate measurements with Vermont Gage pin gages. Measure hole sizes. Calculate distances between holes. Gage slot widths. Check locations. Use for Go/No-Go gaging. Size in micrometers and snap gages. These economical gages are a must for anyone making frequent and varied measurements.

THREAD GAGES
Inspect internal and external threads with Vermont Gage thread gages. Vermont Gage thread gages are made to precise Class X tolerances and come standard with a Certificate of Accuracy. Standard thread plugs include pitch diameters for 2B, 3B (Inch) and 6H (Metric) class of fit. Standard thread rings and setting plugs include pitch diameters for 2A, 3A (Inch) and 6g (Metric) class of fit. Go/NoGo plug double-end assemblies get 1 line (up to 15 characters) of custom marking. Thread members are available in steel and chrome plated for added wear resistance.

PLUG GAGES
These plug gages are custom made to your diameter specifications in both Inch and Metric. Chose style (Reversible, Taperlock, Trilock, Progressive or Hex), tolerance (Class XX, X, Y, Z, ZZ) and material (Steel, Chrome plated, Carbide). Gages can be assembled with handle and marked with your unique tool number. Single-End and Double-End assemblies include 1 line (up to 15 characters) of custom marking. Certificate of Accuracy is included. Available with Certificate of Calibration or Conformance traceable to NIST.

RING GAGES
These ring gages are custom made to your diameter specifications in both Inch and Metric. Choose tolerance (Class XX, X, Y, Z, ZZ) and material (Steel, Chrome plated, Carbide). With a Go and GoGo Ring, an inspector can quickly pass/fail parts without taking time consuming readings from an indicator. These ring gages are also perfect for use as masters for bore gages and internal micrometers. A certificate of Accuracy accompanies every ring gage assuring size. Available with Certificate of Calibration or Conformance traceable to NIST.

Black oxide treatment helps prevent corrosion

Black Guard black oxide treatment typically penetrates .00004" to .00006" deep, which will visually reveal wear patterns allowing the inspector to calibrate or replace gage pins more effectively. Black Guard treatment will help prevent rust and corrosion which will extend the useful life of the gage.
