Starrett Surface Roughness Testers

Easy to use and accurate, the new Starrett Surface Roughness Testers are both accurate and designed for easy measurements.

The innovative SR100 separates into two pieces to measure surface roughness. The bottom half contains the traverse mechanism which is designed for stability when placed on the surface to be measured. The upper half has a large LCD display, as well as controls and is easily hand-held for easy operation and clear viewing.

The SR200 is a powerful and versatile surface roughness tester with batch measurement capability for laboratory applications. The SR200 can calculate results even before the traverse unit returns. With up to 10 different parameter measurements, a large LCD and intuitive operation, the SR200 is a powerful yet easy to use unit that can be mounted vertically, horizontally or even bench mounted. The SR200 is also portable thanks to its battery operation (AC Adapter available) and built-in memory for PC free operation. The Starrett SR200 is available with a number of pick-ups to meet a variety of measurement requirements.*
