GENERAL INFORMATION

The Litz DV-800 Vertical Machining center incorporates high end machining features such as a direct drive spindle, oil coolant seperation system, and optional chip convery belt. The DV-800 also has a rotatable control panel with full control, function display and diagnostic displays.

The Litz DV-800 also has a unique hollow ball-screw design that allows coolant to flow through the ball-screws which results in precise temperature control and extreme cutting accuracy and repeatability.

With its large operating area, wide front window, and side windows the DV-800 is idea for precision mould making, industrial, automotive, and aerospace parts and prototypes, as well as any other high precision requirement you may have. It is especially suited to high speed operation with it's filtered coolant through spindle system to keep your tools cool for continuous and long lasting operation.
